Tyrrell's Wine Dinner
This month at Sydney Common, we present a special dining experience showcasing our signature menu, thoughtfully paired with wines from one of Australia’s best wine producers.
Each course by Chefs Lisa Kim and Allen Varghese is designed to complement the selected wines, with winemaker Andrew Spinaze joining us to share insight into each pairing.
A refined four course menu is offered with a choice of entrée, main and dessert. A dedicated children's menu is also available.

The Bar at Sydney Common showcases a collection of thoughtfully crafted drinks that celebrate flavour, place and story. Highlights include Spice Me Up, featuring Vegemite saline and chilli oil for a bold Australian twist, alongside MJ on the Park, inspired by Michael Jackson’s memorable 1996 visit to the hotel.
