A classic done the Sydney Common way. Available exclusively at The Bar every Sunday and Monday, enjoy Moules Frites featuring your choice of Mussels Meunière or Andalusian style, served with French fries, grilled sourdough and suggested wine pairings. Walk-ins only.

The Bar at Sydney Common showcases a collection of thoughtfully crafted drinks that celebrate flavour, place and story. Highlights include Spice Me Up, featuring Vegemite saline and chilli oil for a bold Australian twist, alongside MJ on the Park, inspired by Michael Jackson’s memorable 1996 visit to the hotel.
